Fewer manual steps
AI & automation
Work that is done by hand every day can often be done by a machine. AI reads documents and email, automations move data between systems, and someone in the office gets their hours back.
| Today | After |
|---|---|
| Invoices and receipts in email are typed into the books by hand | They are entered into the books automatically |
| Answers live in documents only one person can find | An AI assistant answers from the company’s own documents |
| Reports are pasted together from several systems every month | The reports compile themselves |
| The same data is entered into several systems | The systems fetch it from each other |
A tool that fits how you work
Custom systems
When no off-the-shelf software fits, one gets built that does. Web apps, internal tools and APIs that integrate with what you already run instead of replacing it.
| Today | After |
|---|---|
| Software that almost fits, with the rest done on the side | An internal tool that follows how you work |
| ERP, accounting and web shop don’t talk to each other | They are integrated and data moves without anyone copying it |
| Customers call and email to ask for status | A customer portal where they see it themselves |
From paper and Excel to systems
Digitalization
Many businesses are held together by spreadsheets, binders and someone’s memory. We map how the work actually happens and plan what should become a system first.
| Today | After |
|---|---|
| Nobody has the full picture of how the work actually happens | Processes and information flows are mapped |
| A spreadsheet the whole company depends on | A proper system with permissions and history |
| Everything feels equally urgent to digitalize | A roadmap ordered by what pays back most |
Holes found before anyone else finds them
Security & pentest
Penetration tests and security reviews of systems, servers and networks. The result is a list of what is vulnerable, how serious it is and how to fix it.
| Today | After |
|---|---|
| Nobody knows how vulnerable the web application is | A penetration test shows it, with fixes in priority order |
| Systems have grown without anyone reviewing security | A security review of what exists |
| Servers and networks run on default settings | They are hardened, and the routines are written down |
Systems that just work
Operations
What gets built also has to run. Servers, networks and maintenance are handled on servers in Sweden or in your own environment, and you keep the same contact when something needs doing.
| Today | After |
|---|---|
| The system runs somewhere, and nobody is quite sure where | It runs on servers in Sweden or in your own environment |
| Updates and backups happen when someone remembers | Monitoring, updates and backups are handled continuously |
| A new SaaS subscription for every need | Self-hosted tools where it makes sense |
How the journey works
A small, bounded first step before anything bigger. The same contact from the first call to operations.
Check-in
A call about the process that costs you time: what happens today, which systems exist and where data may live.
Pilot
A bounded first step that shows whether the solution holds before anything bigger is decided.
Build
The solution is built and connected to the systems you already use.
Operations
The solution runs, is monitored and maintained. You keep the same contact throughout.
One contact, the right expertise
You have one contact at Irget for the whole engagement. We handle smaller jobs entirely ourselves. When a job calls for more capacity or other expertise, we bring in specialists from our network and stay accountable for the whole.
We work in many languages, mostly PHP, TypeScript, Java, Objective-C and Python, and run servers both on-premises and in public clouds. That is why we can own both the code and the environment it runs in.
Check-in
Describe the process that takes time, and we will get back to you with a suggestion for a first call.
